Casa Ciosse – Acqui terme/Grognardo
Casa Ciosse: high above Grognardo in the Piëmonte, looking over the village and the valley, lays Casa Ciosse. Builded on the remainings of an old monestery from 1715. The house is renieuwed in 1856 and recently equipped with all the comfort needed in the 21e century. Surrounded by vineyards and old castles. Here we like to welcome you in our B&B rooms or B&B room + with comfort, or with a shelter on our yard having your own bathroom and refrigirator. Having a horse stable, your horse is also welcome. Golfplayers, Piëmont is the golf regio of Itality.
Who are we ? We are Elio and Cicci, both retired, having worked for many years in the tourism sector, we speak English, and we do know what hospitality means.
- At your arrival we welcome you with a prosecco and you will receive a map/road map with information about the environment and activities.
- Except breakfasts you can use the pranzo (lunch) or the cena (dinner) at our house.
- You will receive a route description at the booking confirmation.
- We can be reached via a paved road, you can park your car on our own yard.
- Special wishes, addresses of nice wines/winemakers (my brother-in-law, oenologist would certainly help) or otherwise, please let us know, we like to help you finding the right spot.
- Booking/reservation or questions you can set in Dutch/Flemish/English they are answered by our Dutch friends of Casa Vecchia, Harrie and Martje, who live near us. Look for our environment even on their site page what to do.
- With a whole family? Ask for a tailor-made arrangement, we have the space and the possibilities!.

Eén van onze fijnste verblijven ooit bij een lief en zorgzaam echtpaar bijgestaan door de attente Susanna. Wij hebben er een paar onvergetelijke dagen doorgebracht in een oude boerderij met moderne voorzieningen, gelegen in een prachtig landschap. En het meest indrukwekkende was de liefde en aandacht waarmee de meest fantastische diners werden bereid en geserveerd. Hulde!!

Dit was de tweede keer dat we hier verbleven, in 2014 2 weken met de tent op de "heuvel" en nu 3 nachten in de B&B. Het was als thuiskomen, zo hartelijk als Elio, Cicci en Suzanna ons begroetten. Het is een authentiek Italiaanse locatie, wat afgelegen van het dorp Grognardo en 6 kilometer van Visone. Acqui Terme ligt op 10 kilometer. Elio en Cicci zijn geweldig gastvrije mensen die alles doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Koken kan Cicci als de beste en ze verrast je met de lekkerste gerechten. Je weet van te voren niet wat je gaat eten, maar het is altijd goed. Als je iets nodig hebt dan staan ze klaar. Wij hebben al 2 keer prima ervaringen en we gaan zeker weer terug, al is het maar om de gastvrijheid en het lekkere eten.

Een rustige plek waar we ons welkom hebben gevoeld. Het plekje op de minicamping heeft vlakbij een douche en toilet. En ook een koelkast met vriesgedeelte is voor de kampeerder beschikbaar. Elio en Cicci zijn bijzonder gastvrije mensen. De eerste avond heeft Cicci een fantastische maaltijd voor ons gemaakt. Vol smaak en met liefde gekookt.
Omdat wij behoorlijk verkouden waren brachten ze ons elke avond een potje thee, met rozenbottel, citroen, kaneel en honing. En 's morgens 2 eieren voor het ontbijt.
Voor ons een fijne plek om even helemaal tot rust te komen. En waar we hebben genoten van de lieve eigenaren die zeer gastvrij zijn.

..voor de liefhebber van een sfeervolle locatie met prachtig uitzicht.
Een mooie, rustige uitvalsbasis om Piemonte te bezoeken. Elio en Cicci zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Kamperen met de luxe van een badkamer en een koelkast.

Wij zijn net terug van onze vakantie in Italie. We hebben 11 dagen gekampeerd bij
Casa Ciosse. Een echte aanrader! Wat een vriendelijkheid en warmte.
Cicci, de vrouw deze huizes, kookt fantastisch, zeer smakelijk en biologisch.
We hebben het zo fijn gehad met de familie en de honden.
Het was wel wat warm, maar dan kwam er weer een kan met water met ijsblokjes.
Uitstekende verzorging en een leuke pizzeria in het kleine dorpje.
Ook de naast Casa Ciosse gelegen B&B Cascina Ciosse is heel aangenaam.
