The spacious, open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen is stylishly appointed for both comfort and practicality. The lounge has a 32″ flat-screen satellite television with DVD, an ipod docking station, and the apartment includes free WiFi.
The fully-equipped kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and fan oven, fridge-freezer, etc – ideal for a family holiday in Eastbourne or indeed a longer-term business let. Proximity to the numerous theatres and Devonshire Park tennis also ensures that the apartment would provide a perfect base for performers.
There are two bedrooms in this self catering Eastbourne holiday flat. The smaller has a double bed, while the larger has twin beds and space for a camp bed or travel cot (we can provide) – allowing the apartment to accommodate families of up to five.
The bathroom, with underfloor heating, jacuzzi bath with shower over, and fluffy towels, offers an opportunity for indulgence and escape.
All towels and bed linen are provided. No pets or smoking permitted. A £200 deposit on booking and the balance of payment to be received six weeks prior to arrival. A £200 security deposit will be held for breakages/damages.
