EU Residence – Brussel/Etterbeek
Beautiful apartment near the European Commission and right on Place Jourdan whith any type of restaurant and the famous Friterie 'Maison Antoine'.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed separated from the living area with a curtain. I can provide you with matrasses and bed linen for two to four more people who can then sleep in the living room. See pictures, there is a lot of floor space available. Due to extra costs we charge a supplement of 10€/night from the 4th person on. We will deliver sheets and towels for everyone. Just so you know, they will be very clean but NOT ironed. I cannot afford a laundry service and don't have enough personal time to guarantee this kind of service ;-).
The bathroom, toilet and laundry room are seperate.
You can walk to the old town from this place, it takes about 30 minutes. The nearest metro is Schuman and is about 700m away. If that is too far to walk you can take the bus right in front of the apartment and it will take you to Schuman as well.
If you plan to stay longer than one month I will give a rate according to the lenght of your stay. Please send me a message for a quote.
Parking is available for 10€/day, special rate for longer stays.
