De Weide Wereld – Beernem-Brugge
'De weide wereld' is located in the natural reserve 'Beverhoutsveld' at 9 km from Bruges.
The ecological, renovated country house exudes charm, tranquility and warmth.
3 rooms with private bathroom (2 with shower, 1 with bath).
The sitting-area with fireplace overlooks the open fields.
The cosy interior is a mix of vintage and nostalgia stuff of our world trips.
Varied and healthy breakfast with views over the nature reserve and landscape garden.
The garden includes a pond, orchard, sheep meadow, terraces and lawn seating under the quince tree.

Siwa is the smallest room with double bed, oriental sitting corner. At the mezzanine one single extra.
Cochin is similar but broader,at the mezzanine 2 singles extra.
These rooms each have a shower, sink, toilet and a panoramic view on the natural reserve.
Aleppo is the largest:1 double bed, a sitting area and a spacious, integrated bathroom with old bathtub. Two extra single beds can be provided.

In summertime this is served outside on one of the many spots in the landscape garden. Inside you sit at the long table in the kitchen with 'la canche' stove.

Ongelofelijke locatie, de stilte, een prachtige kamer!!! met nostalgie naar vroegere tijden.... En de gastvrijheid van de uitbaters, in één woord " verrassend" Een aanrader voor ieder die houdt van rust en gezelligheid! Het ontbijt was ook heel lekker en artisanaal.
Wat voor ons als bezoekers van de Weide Wereld alles vervat - 'in de eenvoud ligt de grootste kracht'.

We hebben al verschillende malen in de weide wereld gelogeerd, met en zonder kind. En het zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn.
Je wordt hier met open armen ontvangen. Kamers zijn smaakvol ingericht met tal van souvenirs van de vele reizen van de eigenaars. Naar het ontbijt kijk ik altijd ontzettend uit. Benieuwd welke combinatie van confituur Petra deze keer heeft gemaakt. Zalig ook dat er een gastenliving en -keuken is. Interessant als je er met jonge kinderen logeert. En vooral, heel veel stilte in zo'n natuurgebied.

Ongeloofelijk met hoeveel zorg je hier in de watten wordt gelegd ! De kamers zijn heerlijk sfeervol, het ontbijt is superlekkerbiologisch en de gezellige living met houtkachel voor de gasten zeer uitnodigend ! Nog even en er is ook een mooie keuken voor de gasten ! Ik wil hier wel elk seizoen komen proeven van de rust en verwennerij ! Barbara
