Posada Aurora offers two charming holiday homes on an authentic Andalusian finca, 30 km from Córdoba. Sleeping up to 12 guests.
Tucked between olive groves, wheat fields and rolling hills of the Guadalquivir valley, just 30 kilometres from Córdoba, lies Posada Aurora. No tourist resort, no busy beach town — just an authentic Andalusian finca where time seems to slow down.
The finca breathes medieval charm and offers two fully equipped holiday homes: Casa Valyria and Casa Meleys. Together they accommodate up to 12 guests — perfect for families, groups of friends or anyone looking for space, peace and quiet.
Outside, kilometres of country lanes and unspoilt nature await. Ride through the rolling landscape on horseback, join a donkey trek along the fields, or grab a mountain bike and explore the 60,000-hectare Sierra de Hornachuelos National Park — located right next to Posada Aurora. The scenic Embalse de la Breña reservoir and the lively town of Almodóvar del Río are just a 10-minute drive away.
Posadas itself is not a tourist town, and that is exactly its charm. Enjoy breakfast outside as the day slowly comes to life, wander through vineyards and olive groves, and return in the evening to somewhere that feels like home — only better.
Posada Aurora is perfectly placed for exploring more of Andalusia: Córdoba and its world-famous Mezquita are reachable in half an hour, Seville in about an hour.

Posada Aurora offers two fully equipped holiday homes, each with its own character and atmosphere.
Casa Valyria accommodates 2 to 4 guests and is perfect for couples or small families looking for peace, comfort and an authentic setting.
Casa Meleys offers more space and flexibility, sleeping 4 to 8 guests — ideal for larger families or groups of friends.
Together the two homes sleep up to 12 guests, making Posada Aurora an excellent choice for groups who want to stay together while still having their own private space.

Heerlijk om even op adem te komen na een lange reis of citytrip. De huidig uitbating is uiterst charmant en slooft zich werkelijk uit om het de gasten aangenaam te maken. De kok van dienst is overigens uitstekend: niet onmiddellijk andalousiaanse keuken, maar niettemin voortreffelijk fijnzinnig.
