Located in the center of Paris, these B&B are an ideal and cosy vacation spot for 2 to 4 people. 
The B&B are located in the 11th arrondissement near the entrance of the metro Charonne.
Located nearby is the Leon Boum square, where the town hall of the 11th arrondissement can be found. 
A short 10 minute walk will take you to the famous Pere Lachaise cemetery and in 15 minutes you will find yourself on the Place de la Bastille. 
The B&B are situated in a quiet street and is perfect for restful holidays.

Blue Studio

 

  • The bed and breakfast studio has a terrace of 20m² wich is surrounded by plants and flowers. 
    In the privacy of your terrace, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast, lunch or dinner.
  •  Living room: When you enter the bed and breakfast studio (15m²), you will find yourself inside a bright and pleasant living room. Sit on the sofa and watch television or convert the sofa into a bed for two persons. A folding table with four chairs allows you to enjoy meals inside the studio. A small kitchen corner provides you with the necessary pans, pots, plates, and silverware to cook and serve simple meals.
  • Kitchen: In case you want to take a break from visiting the many excellent restaurants of Paris, you can use a small kitchen corner with two hot plates, a sink, a refrigerator, a work surface, a coffeemachine, toaster, dishes and pans to prepare simple meals. 
    A supermarket is located within five minutes walking distance from the studio.
  • Bathroom: Located inside the bright bathroom with ceramic tiles, you will find a shower, a basin, and a toilet. Towels and small soaps will be provided by your host.
  • Mezzanine: A stairway leads you upstairs to the mezzanine (6m², height 1,65) which includes two twin beds.

Red Studio

 

  • Living room: The red studio (26m²) has one room (19m²) with a large window. The living room area includes a small wardrobe, a sofa-bed that opens up into a double bed. The dining room area has a table with chairs. A television set is attached to the wall and can be seen from the living room area as well as from the mezzanine. Several books, tourist guides of Paris , card games and board games are available
  • Kitchen: The separate kitchen with a window has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, two warming plates, a coffee maker, a water boiler, a toaster, dishes and pots.
  • Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
  • Mezzanine: entrance with stairs to the two mezzanines
  •   Large Mezzanine: The large mezzanine measures 6m² with a height of 1m70cm. It has a double bed (140cm) and a bookshelf with many books.
  • Small Mezzanine: The small mezzanine is located on the left side of the stairs and it measures 3,5m² with a height of 1m27cm. It has a single bed.

Nous avons sejourné dans le studio bleu, mme cordier vous reserve un accueil chaleureux, le studio est tres sympa, calme, propre. Vraiment rien a redire, n'hésitez surtout pas. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr!!!!!
