Welcome at the rooms, the new hip bed&breakfast in Vienna. Wherever one feels in peace and quiet like at home, that`s where you
 find your homeland (Dalai Lama).
 
The rooms, a family run 4 room bed & breakfast, is located in a 
newly built house in a green and quiet neighbourhood next to the old 
danube river but is still very close to the city centre. All  rooms are 
different and individually designed  and offer an interesting atmosphere
 and lots of space. A big porch and a  garden are available for the 
guests. A spacious bathroom, satellite TV and WLAN are standard in all 
the rooms. There is plenty of space for parking just outside the house 
(for free).
 
The subway station Kagran is just a 2 minute walk away from the 
rooms. By train one can reach the Austria Center and the Vienna 
International Center within 2 minutes, the city center Stephansplatz 
just within 9 minutes. 
 
Entertainment, shopping facilities and restaurants one can find in 
the shopping mall Donauzentrum, which is also just a 5 minute walk away.

 Breakfast consists of fruits, vegetables, homemade jams and muesli, an egg dish and an assorted cheese platter. Our breakfast room with direct access to the garden...a big table for everyone, set up with a delicious meal... exactely the right athmosphere to start the day with
