At ArdenNest, we value transparent and fair pricing. Our base rates for renting the entire house start from €2,482 for a short stay (2 or 3 nights).
When you click through to our website, the base price shown includes the final cleaning and an advance payment on utility costs (water, heating, and waste). Actual consumption will be settled after your stay based on real meter readings.
As soon as you enter your group size into our booking module, it instantly calculates the correct total price, including the mandatory fee per person (including bed linen at €16 p.p.) and the tourist tax (€4 p.p.). The deposit is €750.
