Casa Salamandra – Frigiliana
Casa Salamandra is an ideal house to rent, to combine nature and the beach. The house is suitable for six persons. It has several floors. And three bed- and bathrooms.
At the ground floor you will find the kitchen,living room, toilet. At the lower ground floor you will find two bed-and bathrooms. The third bed-and bathroom (master bedroom) is situated at the upper floor.
The house is located at the entrance of Frigiliana which had been declared as the most beautiful village of Andalusie(for many reasons). And only 7 km away from Nerja. A beautiful town at the sea, with the ambience of a small village.
Because of this ideal location, other villages and towns can be reached. By car or public transport. Like: Cordoba, Granada (The Sierra Nevada),Malaga.
Casa Salamandra is at the end of a row of seven houses. It can be reached by stairs or a lift. It is a cornerhouse with a private parkingplace and a shared swimming pool.
The house is only recently our property. The kitchen was installed June 2012 and is provided with modern equipment. Again: Casa Salamandra has all the comfort. A large entrance hall. Marble floors and stairs. Built in closets. Air conditioning in the livingroom and in the bedrooms (can be used for both chilled and heated air supply). The bedrooms are also provided with boxspring beds (with duvets). There is TV with satellite and WIFI (internet).
We were immediately impressed by the bright light in the living room, the fire place and of course: the magnificent view.
Fortunately, there are two terraces. The upper one is a Lounge Terrace. Or just open the sliding doors in the living room and enjoy the look.
Imagine: having breakfast or dinner. And having a marvelous view over the Natural Park and the sea......

Final cleaning is included in the price. Only, this is starting from 7 nights. Costs for Final cleaning will be €50,00.
Refundable security deposit: 300 €.
We believe in energy conservation. Therefore our airconditioning works on a system with cards. With this card (available at our representatives) you could upgrade your credit. On arrival we will upgrade your credit with 5 or 10 Euro's (depends how long you will stay). In average consumption 10 Euro's should be enough for one week.
Prices are based on 4 persons. With 5 or 6 persons, there will be charged €50,00 per person, per week.
