The cottage is located on one of the most beautiful green hills of the Flemish Ardennes. The view over the city of Ronse and the hills of "Le Pays des Collines" in Wallonie is splendid. Here you can enjoy a calm and quiet surrounding without being isolated.

Nearby there is the lovely chapel of Wittentak, that was elected in 2009 by Pasar Ronse as the most beautiful nature spot in Ronse. In walking distance you can find the mill of Hotond, the highest spot of Flanders. From there you can enjoy a marvellous view from Ghent to Tournai.
There are several walking paths and mountain bike routes passing in front of the door, as well as a GR-route (Grande Randonnée = Long Distance Route) nearby.

The name of our cottage means in Spanish:” She who takes the sorrows away". We invite you to come and taste the wonderful and authentic energy of this more than 200 old farmhouse. Children love it and call it the "Dwarfs' house".

Additional costs: 

  • Electricity according to meter 
  • Warranty: 100 euro

Included:

  • Bedding. The beds are made upon arrival. We provide two towels per person and kitchen towels.
  • Wood for the stove and the fireplace. Fixed quantity, with possibility to buy more wood (12 euro for a full barrow)

Especially for bikers:

  • Secure shelter for bikes.
  • Garden hose to clean the bikes.
  • Maps of local cycling routes (for sell).
  • Delivery of luggage at other location (ask for conditions).
  • Possibility to stay one night.
  • First Aid kit.
  • Kit to repair bikes.

General conditions

  • The prices are for 6 persons (additional child possible)
  • Smoking is not allowed in the house!
  • Animals are not accepted.

Periods:

  • Week: friday 17:00 till friday 12:00
  • Midweek: monday 14:00 till friday 12:00
  • Weekend: friday 17:00 till sunday 18:00

Reservation and payment conditions:

      At time of reservation:
      50 % of the total amount must be paid at time of reservation. The reservation is only fixed when this amount is received.



      Utmost 3 weeks before arrival:
      The rest of the amount + the warranty. 



  • The warranty will be refunded at the end of the stay after deduction of the electricity costs and verification of the state of the house (no damage, left in good order, dishes washed). 
  • No refund if the stay is cancelled within three weeks from arrival.
