Residence Les belles heures – Roaix
In Roaix, near the Mont Ventoux in the Vaucluse, Provence, you will find a small holiday park on an area of about 1 hectare.
The heart of Residence Les Belles Heures is an old WINE FARM. Over the years three beautiful holiday houses have been created within the farm building. Near the farm building is a large villa and behind the farm, a building with 2 apartments.
You will find a heated swimming pool surrounded by olives trees.
The emphasis is intimacy. It is an ideal stay for walking, cycling, visiting interesting places, but especially for enjoying the sun and the culinary spots.
Since 2010 Heleen and Eric deal with the management of the park. Heleen is from Belgium but has lived more than 12 years in Provence and has run for more than 10 year a Chambre d'hôtes (Exclusive Bed & breakfast). Eric, the son of the founders, the family Benink, is from the Netherlands and has been involved in the development of the park since 2009.
As the park offers various possibilities (privacy, luxury, relax for families but also a nice place to stay with groups) we would like to learn your wishes and expectations in order to provide you the house(s) that will give you an excellent stay.

It is a beautiful place to discover the Vaucluse and the Provence with many old and small villages, winegards, excellent restaurants, doing walkings and cycling.
All appartments are large-sized and well equiped. They are located in such a way that they can offer privacy but also allows groups to stay.

The local bakery and supermarket is some 500 m located from the Résidence.
The place is well known for people who want to stay for cycling, walking.

Wat een heerlijk vakantiepark, wat een mooi schoon huis wat een prachtige omgeving, en wat een leuke mensen (Eric en Heleen) die het park beheren. We hebben genoten van het dorpje Vaison La Romaine, waar we in september nog heerlijk op de terrasjes hebben kunnen zitten. Mooie fietstochten hebben we gemaakt, en in het glaasje gekeken van meerdere wijnhuizen....
We zijn nog lang niet uitgekeken, en wanneer we volgende keer terugkomen gaan we zeker een poging wagen om de Mont Ventoux te bedwingen.

Deze vertaling is een bescheiden weergave voor de heerlijke tijd die we er doorbrachten.
Na een warm welkom door Heleen en Eric voelden we ons meteen thuis. Ons huis was ideaal, ook voor onze Ierse Setter Indy. Perfect ingericht met een heerlijke tuin. Heleen heeft op professionele wijze de antieke kast van de eetkamer gerenoveerd: dit verdient echt een compliment. Met onze hond konden we heerlijk langs de rivier Ouvèze wandelen achter het park. ’S ochtends even wandelen naar de “bakker op de hoek” voor de ovenverse croissants en baguette. Daarna koffie drinken in het pittoreske en schilderachtige “Vaison la Romaine” en daar naar de markt voor de overheerlijke lokale producten voor bij de t glaasje wijn en het avondeten. Deze oude stad doe je niet in een dag en ’t omhoog slenteren door de typische straatjes is een belevenis.
Volgend jaar nemen we de fiets mee om dan de omgeving beter op te snuiven en ook de Mont Ventoux te bedwingen
Wat we er mee willen zeggen is dat het “villa” parkje niet alleen veel rust en privacy biedt maar het parkje en haar omgeving zich fantastisch leent voor tal van activiteiten.
