A large detached villa with 4 bedrooms on 2 levels (connected only by outside stairs, so each level can be private). Sleeps 8. Private gardens and swimming poolwith surrounding sun terrace in the pretty town of Moraira.
On the first floor there is an open plan kitchen with patio doors to a small terrace with table and chairs, a large living area with table, chairs, two sofas, two comfortable chairs, a coffee table and a large TV. Through an archway off the living room is the a kingsize bedroom, en-suite shower and toilet, a family bathroom and a second bedroom which can be 2 single beds or a superking as prefered.
There is also a large part covered terrace on this floor with a sofa, chairs and coffee table, and a large round table and chairs for six with a parasol and two steamer sunloungers with cushions.
The ground floor has a galley kitchen open to a lounge with a sofa bed and large TV. Off the living room are 2 bedrooms which can be made up as twins or super kings as required, a shower room and toilet. The laundry room is also here on this level.
Outside there is a Naya (covered terrace) with fridgefreezer, sink, table & chairs for six. A cupboard houses deckchairs, a beach umbrella and some toys for the pool.
