Le Petit Mas d'Ile – St Germain de Confolens
Le Petit Mas d'Ile is situated in the middle off the Charente right between several lovely small villages. In 2007 we renovated the swimming pool, which is now also heated up through solar mats.
The farm has 4 spacious rooms which make 3 appartments. 1 Gite is on the ground floor, the other 3 rooms on the first floor form the 2 appartments. These rooms share the garden house for cooking, eating and relaxing. The garden house has been fully renovated in 2010.
The rooms can be rented in july and august only per week. Also for groups the house is very appropriate as the garden house fits 14 persons
