Appartement San Jaime – Motril
It still really exists: a place near the sea where you hardly find any tourists.
It is a complex of 15 owners with communal swimming pool and garden, private parking.
The apartment has its own terrace in the shade.
The village of La Chucha is a small hamlet of Motril and has a supermarket.
There are greenhouses around the village, luckily you can't see anything from the complex.
Granada and Sierra Nevada are very easily accessible.
Barbeque is not allowed in the complex, but it is allowed on the beach 100 m away.
The apartment has its own terrace in the shade. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with sofa bed and bunk bed.
The open living room has a sofa bed and an open kitchen with a dishwasher and all modern necessities.
