Apple Tree Bed and Breakfast – Broadway Cotswolds
Apple Tree Bed and Breakfast is an enchanting, small establishment owned and operated by Mick and June.
Located close to the heart of Broadway in the Cotswolds National Landscape, previously called the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and close to many major attractions, this impressive Edwardian house has well proportioned and spacious rooms furnished with comfort in mind.
Built in about 1908, Apple Tree B&B is situated only 500 metres from the village green in Broadway, the centre for restaurants, shops, and museums.
Apple Tree Bed and Breakfast has seven bedrooms. Each room is unique, and all are lovely and comfortable, and provided with complementary tea and coffee.
Apple Tree B&B is non-smoking throughout, as we wish to keep the environment as congenial as possible for all guests (from the halest and heartiest to those who are allergic or chemically sensitive), keeping the rooms exquisitely clean.

Double, Twin, King size, and Super King size - all en suite.
Single room with private facilities. Private facilities means the facilities are across the corridor but not shared and consist of shower, toilet and washbasin.
*Two rooms are located on the second floor namely the bedroom is 2 floors up with 34 stairs in total; no lift.
*Five rooms are located on the first floor namely the bedroom is 1 floor up with 15 or 18 stairs in total; no lift.
