The Getaway Guesthouse is located close to the Groenplaats, right in the hart of the city centre. The Cathedral, the trendy "South" area, the worl famous Kloosterstraat, shoppingwalhalla "the Meir" as well as the "Wilde Zee", the Steen and numerous other musea are all within walking distance. All of them accompanied by cosy cafés, bars and restaurants... Plenty of choise for everyone ! Tram and busses in all directions are close by.
Authentic wooden ceilings, the original winding staircase combined with a vintage interior and modern day comfort, offer a warm welcome to our visitors.
Our rooms are spacious, light en offer a wonderful view over the Schelde and the old city.
Bikes can be stalled and cars parked on the "kaaien" nearby.
