Holiday villa Algarve, Vila Maria a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, large living room with air conditioning and with dining area and sliding doors directly to the garden and a large terrace to the swimming pool of 7 × 5 meters with outdoor shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, closet, ceiling fan and small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a spacious (90x200 cm) bunk bed for 2 people. Both these bedrooms share a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and two sinks. Bedroom 3, the master bedroom / master bedroom is very large, has air conditioning and ceiling fan, own TV, fitted wardrobes, fine wood burning stove for a romantic winter evening and a double bed that is electrically adjustable. Private, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sink. Sliding doors to the large garden. Cozy kitchen with appliances. There is a shed with firewood, extra fridge, freezer, washing machines and you can park your car in the double garage, although there is plenty of room on the property to do it elsewhere. The 4,000 m2 garden is beautifully landscaped with nice walking paths and a collection of palm trees (hobby of the owner). Beautiful views and lots of peace and privacy without being remote. Pets are welcome after consultation. In the winter you can comfortably heat Vila Maria with infrared panels, a cozy wood-burning stove and air conditioning. The villa is wonderfully private and quiet and yet not secluded. With beautiful illuminated access (75 m) along stately palm trees and Oleander bushes.
Just 800m from the wonderful sandy beach of Benagil and Praia do Carvalho and a few minutes by car from other, larger beaches such as Praia da Marinha, Praia da Albandeira and Praia Centianes in Carvoeiro, the pleasant fishing village with sandy beach and many restaurants, shops and cafes . Also in Benagil, a 4-minute drive away, there are several restaurants that can serve you a delicious dinner and often with a sea view.
Vila Maria is only 45 minutes by car from Faro airport and is centrally located; the nearest golf course (although par 3 and 9 holes) is a 2-minute drive away and the golf courses of Gramacho and Pestana can be reached in 5 minutes more. For the kids there is plenty of entertainment in the immediate vicinity; boat trips along the caves, water parks in Estombar and Alcantarilha, Zoo-Marine in Guia where there is also the Crazy World mini golf and go-kart track.
