B&B Joie de Vivre – Sint Pieters-Voeren
The tiny village with barely 400 inhabitants is located in the countryside and only a 20-minute drive from the city Maastricht, Valkenburg, Liège, and Aachen.
In the immediate vicinity there are plenty of opportunities for beautiful walks or bike rides, and you will find numerous cafes and restaurants.
Both in the patio, under the fruit trees in front of the house and in the orchard, you can relax with a book or simply enjoy the peaceful environment and the view. In the right season, there are plenty of apples, pears, plums, cherries or walnuts in the orchard behind the house.

The B&B can accommodate up to 4 people. Because we only make 1 reservation at a time, you are always our only guest and you do not have to share the available facilities with other guests.
Immediately upon entering, there is an attractive sitting room with dining table on the left. There is also a facility to make coffee and tea. The lounge corner can be used in the spacious hall. Next to the hall is the toilet and a separate bathroom with shower and sink. We have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and the second bedroom on the first floor.
Breakfast is served in the sitting room and consists of freshly baked roles with a variety of toppings, fruit juice, and coffee or tea. There is also a mini-bar with a variety of drinks, refreshments and snacks. It's also possible having dinner in the evening and//or use our private outdoor sauna (for an additional fee).
You have become curious? Then come by, we will receive you hospitably and hopefully be able to give you a bit of “Joie de Vivre”.

Dag lieve Theo en Trudy,
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij jullie. De B & B was geweldig. Jullie waren geweldige hosts.
Verbleven in een prachtig natuurdecor, genoten van de stilte en de rust. Ideale plaats om mooie wandelingen te maken en steden te bezoeken in de buurt. Jullie B & B was een topper. Geen idee waarom jullie maar zo weinig sterren hebben, dit is een absolute 5* waard.
Jullie waren er geruisloos en bijna onzichtbaar, maar toch zo kortbij. De tuin was fenomenaal om tot rust te komen. We hebben gesmuld van de lekkere maaltijd die jullie voor ons gemaakt hebben. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. De woonkamer was helemaal top. En de aperitief samen in de tuin waren wij heerlijk en geweldig om elkaar wat te leren kennen.

Superlieve hosts.
Heerlijke ontspannende omgeving.
Alles was mogelijk na overleg.
Wij hebben er enorm van genoten en jullie zien ons zeker en vast terug (we hebben zelfs een leuke tas gevonden voor jullie met de slogan 'Joie De Vivre'.

Samen met zus/schoonzus en schoonbroer, hadden we een paar mooie fietsdagen in een prachtige streek.
Een e-bike is een must voor recreatieve fietsers.
Ons verblijf in het mooie, rustig gelegen, authentieke vakwerkhuis, waar we hartelijk werden verwelkomd, door gastheer Theo en gastvrouw Trudy, was de kers op de taart. We genoten van een heerlijk ontbijt en mochten proeven van Trudy haar kookkunsten.

Een oase van rust en gezelligheid,een plaatsje waar we zich dadelijk thuis konden voelen bij de zeer charmante gastheer en gastvrouw Theo en Trudy.
We komen hier wel vaker want we kunnen er ook zo lekker eten en hebben ook telkens zo'n fijne babbel samen. Een absolute aanrader in een unieke omgeving.Doe zo verder. Groetjes Peter en Berlinde.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Joie de Vivre. Alles is helemaal op elkaar afgestemd. De ruimtes zijn heel prettig om in te verblijven. Het ontbijt en het diner zijn bijzonder smaakvol bereid.
En Trudy en Theo zijn een perfecte gastvrouw en gastheer.
Een absolute aanrader.
